COVID-19 Business Continuity
Whilst we appreciate this won’t have been the first communication you have received regarding special measures related to the uncertainty we are all working through at the moment. We would like to reassure all our clients and partners that we are taking every possible precaution to ensure we remain fully operational throughout.
The vast majority of the team here at Vericon are now remote working but remain fully contactable via all of the usual channels. By phone on 01242582555, email firstname.lastname@example.org or online at www.vericonsystems.com. Our back office and client serving infrastructure continuity plan underwent testing earlier this week and we achieved zero downtime. All services remain protected by 24/7 monitoring and replication.
Order Fulfilment and Ongoing Projects
Whilst we have taken precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff comes first, we remain fully committed to deploying our technologies where it is safe and practical to do so. We do not currently expect any impact to our ongoing projects but given the fluidity and rate of change in official government advice we will be reviewing plans daily and advising clients in advance of any potential disruption.
Prospect Meetings and Account Management
Understandably and through consultation with our clients and prospects, we have taken the decision to avoid any further face to face sales and account management meetings over the next few weeks, however, given the unprecedented interest shown in our 2nd generation remote boiler diagnostics solution BCM:Connect, we have daily live webinars to ensure those that have expressed an interest can still fully engage with us remotely. If you would like to attend, please do get in touch.
If you have booked a face to face demonstration with us and have not yet been contacted with alternative online meeting details, we will be in touch shortly with everything you need to attend.
