We’ve been Shortlisted
We are delighted to have been shortlisted for three award categories at this year’s ASCP Awards!

The ASCP awards, taking place at Celtic Manor, Newport on the 14th June, are dedicated to safety and compliance in the social housing and facilities management sectors.
This year we have been shortlisted for three awards this year: product of the year, collaboration, and partnership of the year and best initiative to combat fuel poverty.
Product of the Year
The product of the year category is split into two sub-categories this year, and we are proud to have been shortlisted across these three times.
The product of the year award seeks to recognise an organisation that has gone the extra mile to learn and develop a solution for social housing, or who has created a unique and innovative product or service for the sector.
BCM has been shortlisted for Product of the Year – Safety, energy efficiency & well being
MultiDOT and Airi have been jointly shortlisted for Product of the Year – Improvement to wellbeing & environment
AutoFill and our latest development AutoDose have been jointly shortlisted for Product of the year - Safety, energy efficiency & well being
Partnership and Collaboration of the Year
This award seeks to reward those collaborating with other organisations to improve safety and compliance standards, leading by example in the sector. We are delighted that our work with Curo has been shortlisted for this year’s Partnership and Collaboration of the Year.
Curo use our BCM and MultiDOT devices as part of their disrepair strategy and have been able to improve their service to customers as a result.
Best Initiative to Combat Fuel Poverty
Fuel poverty is an issue that social housing providers are seeing an increase of across the country. In most instances, those who are in fuel poverty will not seek help due to a sense of shame they feel, or they are unaware that help is available/ The use of connected technology is able to help. MultiDOT can identify potential instances of fuel poverty, so help can be provided by a social housing provider.
We are delighted that our MultiDOT device is in the running for this award.
The awards are a highlight of the industry calendar, and we are looking forward to seeing who wins in all 14 award categories.
Good luck to everyone shortlisted!
